Admission

Preparing for admission is an important step in starting your studies at the European College of Polytechnics. To ensure a smooth application process, applicants are encouraged to prepare all required documents in advance. Once your documents are ready, you can complete the online application form and upload them as instructed. After submission, the admissions team will review your application and contact you with the next steps.

How to Apply

Please follow the steps below to complete your application.

1) Choose your study mode and session

The European College of Polytechnics offers two study modes: online study mode and on-campus study mode.

 

1.1. Online study mode
Applications for online study mode are open throughout the year. There is no fixed application deadline, and applicants may submit their application at any time and start study at anytime. This study mode is suitable for applicants who wish to begin their studies flexibly and do not need to attend classes on campus.

1.2. On-campus study mode
For on-campus study mode, applicants must apply at least three months before the start of the chosen study session. This allows enough time for document verification, admission decisions, visa-related preparation where applicable, accommodation planning, and other practical arrangements. For the on-campus mode, we offer three main study sessions during the year:​

  • For the January to March session, the application deadline for on-campus study is 1st October.

  • For the April to June session, the application deadline for on-campus study is 1st January.

  • For the September to November session, the application deadline for on-campus study is 1st June.

Applicants who wish to study on campus should carefully choose the session that suits them best and make sure their application is submitted before the relevant deadline.

2) Fill out the application form:

  • Visit the relevant program's page, and you’ll find the "Apply now" button there.

  • In the application form, you will be asked to upload the following documents. To ensure a hassle-free process, make sure all the required documents are merged into a single PDF:​

    • Academic Documents: This includes both your transcript and certificate.

    • Proof of English Proficiency: If applicable, provide the necessary documentation (MOI, IELTS etc.).

    • CV: Your CV must include at least one academic or professional reference.

    • Application Fee: Please note, without payment, the application will not be processed, and we will be unable to verify your eligibility. The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

3) Await confirmation:

  • After submitting your application, the next step is to wait for our confirmation.

  • We will review your application and documents thoroughly, so please be patient. We aim to send out confirmations promptly, ensuring you're informed every step of the way. If necessary, we will arrange an interview with you.
